If you received a product with damages or defects, please email us with pictures of the damage/defect at support@gear.com.

All damaged item claims must be submitted within 14-days from delivery of your order. We reserve the right to deny any damaged/defective claims.

If you purchased Onward Order Protection please use this service to make a claim and they will help you with a replacement or refund.

You can also review the Onward Order Protection email you received after purchase that can walk you through the next steps. The email subject will say "Your Gear.com Shipment is Covered with Onward".
