FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. When will my order ship? Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email the moment it begins processing. Most orders received before noon Pacific Time will ship within 2 - 7 weekdays, and you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  2. Do you ship internationally? Gear.com does not currently ship internationally, only to the contiguous US. Please see the Shipping page for more details.
  3. How can I return or exchange my order? Visit our New Return PortalTo make shipping a return even easier, we have launched a New Return Portal that allows you to submit your return request. After we review your request and have authorization from the return warehouse, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please note: Oversized items (such as coolers, skis, furniture, large stoves and tents, etc) will be charged an oversized item return fee. Please don’t hesitate to ask support@gear.com if you have any questions about typical return shipping for an oversized item you may order.  
  4. Having trouble with your New Customer Coupon? All coupon codes must be entered into the coupon field at check out. Coupons do not apply automatically. Only one coupon may be used at a time. Some exclusions apply. Please visit the Coupon Details Page for more information on excluded Brands and All Sale Items.
  5. Can I cancel or change my order after submission? Due to the fast order processing time and multiple warehouse shipping locations, we are not able to cancel or alter the address or item(s) of an order once submitted. We can assist with returns and exchanges when applicable.
